I just am writing to share some feedback regarding the delivery of the Holy Quran I recently purchased from your store.
​While I appreciate the prompt service, I was deeply saddened to witness how the parcel was handled during the final stage of delivery. Upon the rider's arrival, I observed that the Holy Quran was placed directly on the floor of the delivery van.
​As a supplier of sacred texts, I kindly request that you instruct your dispatchers and couriers on the importance of handling the Quran with the utmost respect. Specifically:
​Elevated Placement: Please ensure the Book is kept on a clean, elevated surface within the vehicle, never on the floor.
​Hand-to-Hand Delivery: Encourage riders to hand the parcel directly to the customer rather than placing it on the ground.
​I hope you take this feedback as a constructive way to improve your service for the community. I look forward to ordering from you again, provided that these standards of respect are upheld.
​Tips for Future Orders
​The "Special Instructions" Box: When ordering next time, try adding a note like: "This parcel contains the Holy Quran. Please handle with care and keep in a clean, elevated place. Do not place on the floor. Thank you."
​Packaging: You might suggest the supplier add a "Handle with Care / Sacred Content" sticker to the outside of the box to alert the rider immediately.
